OEKO-TEX® STeP Requirements
To achieve OEKO-TEX® STeP certification, a facility must meet rigorous criteria across six key modules:

The STeP certificate is granted following a successful audit of a production facility and remains valid for three years.

The Impact Calculator tool enables you to measure your carbon and water footprint, offering an initial estimate and analysis of the materials and process steps that have the greatest environmental impact.
This tool is available to any textile production facility applying for or already holding an OEKO-TEX® STeP certification.
